I came to Pakka when I was just 18 years old. Today, as I approach retirement at 60, I reflect on a journey that has been more than just work. It has been my life, curiosity changed everything.
What made Pakka special wasn’t just the work. It was Babuji, our founder. He would call us under the tree, encourage us to study for two hours, and help us grow. His respect and care made this factory feel like family. This place is my home. I learned, I grew, and I mentored others. Knowing that I could pass on my knowledge made every day meaningful gave me immense satisfaction.
As I prepare for retirement, I carry no regrets. Part of me will always remain here at Pakka. This isn’t goodbye. It’s simply the next chapter, knowing that the family I built here will continue to thrive.
