What is the Team Pulse Survey? 

It’s A structured approach to measure how likely you are to recommend Pakka as a preferred place to work and more importantly, to understand the whys and the how’s to do better. 

Objective 

To drive meaningful improvements in engagement, belonging, recognition, and team wellness using real, actionable feedback 

Survey Dates 

  • SurveFirst NPS y to be launched on 2nd June 2025
  • Midway Dip Test to be launched on 3rd November 2025
  • Final NPS Survey to be launched on 2nd December 2025

What We’ll Ask 

The survey is short (3-5 minutes) and includes: 

  1. Question like How likely are you to recommend Pakka as a preferred workplace?
  2. Reasons behind your rating
  3. Statements about your views on recognition, growth, belonging, communication, and leadership
  4. Suggestions to improve Pakka further
