- SurveFirst NPS y to be launched on 2nd June 2025
- Midway Dip Test to be launched on 3rd November 2025
- Final NPS Survey to be launched on 2nd December 2025

The survey is short (3-5 minutes) and includes:
- Question like How likely are you to recommend Pakka as a preferred workplace?
- Reasons behind your rating
- Statements about your views on recognition, growth, belonging, communication, and leadership
- Suggestions to improve Pakka further
