For the past eight years, I have been dedicated to papermaking, working across writing and printing grades, kraft paper, and premium specialty papers. My journey with Satia Industries, Jodhani Papers, Emami Papers, and ITC has strengthened my technical foundation and broadened my perspective.
I joined Pakka Ltd. as PM3 Head on 17th November 2025a date I chose intentionally as it marked both my birthday and a meaningful new beginning.
Having worked in diverse cultures and environments, I find Pakka truly unique. The day begins with a heartfelt prayer, followed by open and transparent discussions. Communication here is clear, honest, and rooted in Hindi, ensuring alignment across all levels. This blend of culture, professionalism, and clarity creates an environment that is both inspiring and motivating.
Beyond work, I am a passionate singer. Though it is said one should not praise oneself, I am confident my voice will bring joy whenever I get the chance to sing for you.
