We continue to move forward on the path of progress, with possibilities emerging in every direction. It is important that we remain focused on our work and keep moving towards our goals.
The Innovation Team made strong advancements this month in the flexible packaging domain. With experiments conducted in Mumbai and England, our direction is becoming clearer. Discussions with multiple customers are ongoing, and several trials are planned in the coming months.
Food Service Innovation is progressing toward the launch of its new delivery line, which will soon enable us to offer superior products to our customers.
To strengthen our efforts toward new products, we decided to increase investment in the research space in Ayodhya. A well-equipped lab will be built in collaboration with our ITI, enabling us to nurture more talented individuals.
We are committed to making our molded operations world-class. Our team has spent time in China and is working on selecting the right technology.
Arranging finances has been a challenge, which also affected Project Jagriti. This month, our team engaged with several investors to ensure that our future work faces no hurdles.
The best way to overcome financial constraints is profitability, and with your hard work, we are once again improving our position.
Enhancing customer satisfaction through IT is essential. Our IT team has accelerated progress this month, and soon we will provide full transparency to our customers through the right technology.
We invest in the Paperex exhibition every two years, one of the world’s largest exhibitions related to paper. We reviewed our focus areas and designed our stall accordingly. Now, we must ensure that we maximize this opportunity through meaningful collaborations.
Work on strengthening our office is progressing. Instead of shifting to a new location, we decided to improve our existing office, and this plan is now underway.
We also spent time with the US team and aligned on the roadmap ahead. We continue to navigate the challenges of the Guatemala Kavok project, and the path forward is becoming clearer.
Progress through outsourcing has also gained momentum, with Suresh Mishra taking the lead in this area.
We are driving many initiatives, and each of you is contributing in different directions. We must continue progressing together, and the universe will support our success.
