Dear Team,
We have embarked on a journey together. This is a journey of contribution and transformation. We need to leave the earth clean and bring about change in the packaging sector to achieve this goal. To change the situation, we must continuously expand ourselves. We need to work on ourselves and go beyond the boundaries created by our minds.
To achieve our goal, we have chosen two principles:
- Expand what we already know
- Focus on exploring and investing in what we don’t know
Through bagasse, we must make as much progress as we can. For this work, we are making our Ayodhya plant stronger and investing in Guatemala. Research will continue in this direction, and we will remain committed to flying our flag worldwide.
Through innovation, the search for what we don’t know will continue. We have determined that we will work towards multiple products and processes and strive to bring about change.
We must remain completely focused on our goals. Challenges will come our way, and we must face them. New situations will emerge, and we will have to make changes to our plans. People will come and go, and we must continuously establish new harmony. The universe will constantly test us, and we must prove ourselves worthy. In life, only change is constant.
We made tremendous progress under the leadership of Mr. Jagdeep Hira. He contributed to Pakka with his complete dedication and inspired us to look towards greater heights. I have seen him struggling with health issues since COVID times, but he remained steadfast on the battlefield and continued to work with courage. Recently, he communicated with me again and informed me about his difficulties. I considered this matter and realized that it becomes our responsibility to support him during such times and provide him with the opportunity to focus on his family and himself. We will always be grateful for his contribution and leadership and will continue to draw inspiration from him.
This is an opportunity for me to work more closely with you, and together we can make organized efforts towards our goals. I will focus more on India for the next few months, and we will handle the situation and bring it back on the path of progress. We will focus on these directions:
- Making the organizational structure capable so that everyone realizes their duties, responsibilities, accountability, and contribution. It is essential for everyone to have an idea of their progress path, and we must pay special attention to developing and encouraging internal talent.
- We need to further satisfy customers by focusing on productivity and quality. We are constantly facing complaints and most of the causes of dissatisfaction are such that we can resolve them. We need to make root cause analysis stronger to eliminate dissatisfaction. We need to boost team morale so that we can regain the habit of breaking records and move towards growth.
- We need to put the molded fiber business on track. This is a business where we have all the ingredients to become a world leader, and we need to make solid decisions and move forward.
- We need to breathe life into the Jagriti project. Our team is moving forward despite all obstacles. We need to give them more courage and remove the roadblocks. Our effort will be to remove financial barriers so that work can gain momentum.
- We need to awaken innovation. Our team came together last month, and we began providing directions to the work. Now we need to work on all chosen paths and work with focus.
I will work with you in all directions and my request to you will be to openly give your suggestions and maintain progress in your chosen areas.
I would like to inform you about the progress happening in the organization:
- Through the hard work of the finance team, banks have been selected and now we will bring the financial situation back on track.
- After 40 days of closure, the team succeeded in bringing the plant back online and we hope that all investments will now show results.
- The innovation team conducted various experiments on flexible packaging in England and increased knowledge.
- Rothschild Bank was selected for investment in the Kavok project and initiatives were taken with them.
- Work was done to further strengthen the USA team structure.
- More work has been done on the food service business and this month we will create its format.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude that you are working even in complex circumstances, and I want to assure you that together we will achieve new milestones in the coming times.
