Lallan Yadav

I joined Pakka in 1991 when I was just 25, curious and ready to learn. From digester to poacher, stock to TDR — I picked up everything on the floor. No pressure, no scolding — just a space where I could grow. That’s how I became a permanent part of the team.

Now I’m 60, retiring with a heart full of moments — the Pulp Mill, the friendships, the things we built together. Pakka wasn’t just a job; it became my teacher, my support, and my second home.

To the younger ones — hold this place close. It’s more than a company. It’s your base, your legacy. Learn, grow, protect it.

It’s my last official day, but I’m not going far. I’ll keep visiting, because this bond isn’t ending — it’s just evolving.

Thanks for 35 unforgettable years, Pakka.
