Wrap and Carry Business 

For Paper Machine 1, 2, 3, Pulp Drying and Pulp & Paper Sales Team 

From the experience of the last 6 months, we have prepared a new, better slab. Now there will be no separate calculation for low productivity grades. Everything combined in one simple way:

Special Bonus – High Profit Products: 

When you make products with high profit contribution, 25% additional gets added to your total production: 

Additional Benefit of Pulp: 

Saleable pulp production will now also be added to total sales. This means you will get full benefit from every effort. 

Calculation Method: Average Production (including 25% high contribution) + Sales + Pulp Production – (Complaints × 2) 

Food Service Business

Considering the problems of LD12 machines and power shortage, new slab has been created based on actual production of last 6 months: 

Balanced Incentive Slab:

Bonus Rule: 25% additional benefit for products with ₹2,000 per hour or more contribution.

Prepared based on last 6 months combining both production and sales:
