This initiative is a key part of our Leadership Development Program (LDP) and aligns with the Annual Lakshya Patra (ALP) implementation, ensuring that learning contributes directly to our progress and performance tracking.
What LearnScape Offers?

✔ Personalized Learning Paths – Complete 3 mandatory courses, followed by aspirational recommendations to support career growth.
✔ Flexible Access – Learn anytime, anywhere via mobile, desktop, MS Teams, and our LMS.
✔ Gamified Learning – Engage with certifications, quizzes, and interactive challenges.
Launch & Next Steps
The platform is set to launch in the first week of April 2025. Initially, 170 users will have access to LearnScape, helping them bridge skill gaps and track their progress using the Benchmarking feature.
