
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Pakka team came together to reconnect with the body, mind, and breath — and we had the pleasure of being guided by Ms. Varsha Mishra, our yoga guru for the day.
With calm energy and expert guidance, Ms. Varsha introduced us to the true essence of yoga — focusing not just on movement, but on balance, breath, and mindfulness. She patiently walked us through correct postures, explained the health benefits of each asana, and reminded us how small, consistent practices can bring long-term well-being.
It was a refreshing and grounding session — one that reminded us to slow down, stretch out, and find stillness within the everyday rush.
